New York!
This week I had the opportunity to go on choir tour to New York City! Wow, that was incredible. We saw so many amazing and fun things including the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, the Museum of Natural History (featured in the film Night at the Museum, though it wasn't much like the movie :/), Wicked at the Gershwin Theater, and Newsies on broadway as well. We performed at Carnegie Hall with choirs from across the country, and had a blast. It was truly an incredible experience. I hope to write more about it soon, but right now I need to catch up on all the work that I missed back at home. Wish me luck!

Wow! It has sure been a long time since I posted, and a lot has changed since then. I have found that I like performing on stage in plays and concerts much more and I am better than I ever was when I was drawing. Though I still doodle every once in a while, drama is my artistic focus. There is nothing quite like standing on stage in front of an audience and giving your all. I love it when I know the audience really gets it and feels what I am trying to portray. Every performance is a new adventure and every character brings new energy and life to the stage. There is nothing else quite like it.
I have also found that I really enjoy math and science and look forward to learning more in the coming years. Exciting stuff!
